We will refund your membership fee at any time if you are dissatisfied. Refunds will be provided on a pro rata basis for unused months of remaining service on your Valoramas membership (measured by one full calendar month durations). Any full month that has not been used will be refunded (no service or hidden fees of any kind will be charged). This pro-rated money back guarantee adds an extra level of satisfaction protection for our customers.
